Marsha’s Closet

Marsha’s Closet is a one-stop shop for free gender-affirming clothing and products. Housed at the Transgender Center of the Rockies (3460 S Federal Blvd), we offer transgender and gender-expansive individuals access to the products they need to express themselves in an affirming, judgement-free environment, at no cost. We are here to help you live authentically, for free.

Our namesake, Marsha “Pay-it-no-mind” Johnson, was a Black transgender woman who played an instrumental role in the queer liberation movement. As more and more individuals feel liberated to express themselves authentically, we honor those who paved the way, remembering them with love and gratitude.

Contact us before dropping off donations.

• Please no items with rips, stains, or holes, unless it's part of the style.
• We do not accept branded items from a gym, workplace, high school, summer camp, etc.
• Wash items before donating; they should be free of pet hair (do what you can), dirt, and smells
•Review our "what we need" list before bringing items.

Binder Distribution Partnership with gc2b

The Transgender Center of the Rockies partners with trans-owned chest binder company, gc2b, to distribute free binders to members of the transgender and gender-expansive community. If you are interested in a binder from Marsha’s Closet, please check out this sizing guide before your visit. We will also help with sizing when you come into the office. Because gc2b donates binders to us, our selection of colors and styles is sometimes limited. To view gc2b’s full selection of binders and other products to purchase, visit their website.
